RETURNS

If the apparel isn't quite right for you, we are more than happy to offer an exchange. On the condition that the product is returned in the original condition: they are unworn and without odor or perfume and aren’t damaged or marked in any way. Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet these conditions. The product(s) will be returned to the address on the original order. Returned items cannot be exchanged more than once.

To initiate a return for an exchange, kindly send an email to info@casazini.com within 48 hours of receipt, including your order number, picture of complaint, and reason for exchange. Our returns department will then provide you with a return authorization request to proceed with the exchange process promptly.

We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.

We request all orders to be checked thoroughly within 48 hours of receiving goods. We will not be liable for any damages reported beyond this point.
